Cancellation Policy

I hope you all can understand my need to have this policy, but due to past no-shows and repeated cancellations I am now charging a 20% cancellation fee of the service you booked within 24 hours notice. This allows me to fill your canceled spot with clients that need to get in. If you are unable to come to your appointment and it is due to sickness or family emergency, etc. as I know life is unpredictable and happens, please let me know and a possible no cancellation fee will be provided.
